Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Severe, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: Within a day after her vaccination, pt developed pain at injection site. The pain continued to worsen & bruising at the site developed about a week later and are still present. Within a week after her vaccine, she noticed a reduced range of movement in her left arm when laterally raising her arm at the shoulder. She is able to raise it about 45 degrees before experiencing severe pain (10/10). She was diagnosed with tendonisis/bursitis by Dr. [name withheld] & has had a US, x-ray, &is scheduling an MRI
