Symptom narrative

Client contacted this nurse on 12/17/2025 to inform about a reaction to the vaccine that started about 10 hours after administration; Client stated that she had a large red bump at the site of injection, but she described her symptoms as rigors and spasms that lasted for another 10 hours-she finally feel a sleep and woke up with a stiff jaw and intercostal pain she says she remembers her back arching uncontrollably, with gluteal bridges. She also had a fever of 102.5 F
