11/03/2025--49-year-old female presenting with a complaint of a lump on the inner aspect of her left arm. The swelling appeared on October 22, 2025, four days after she received a flu shot in her left upper deltoid on October 18, 2025. She denies any recent trauma, carrying groceries on that arm, or any puncture wounds to the area. 12/5/2025-49-year-old female presenting for follow-up on a growing mass on her left arm. The mass appeared approximately four days after she received a flu vaccine in October 2025 and she has noted it has gotten bigger and has been spreading, whereas it was previously more localized. A recent MRI of the arm was normal, and vascular studies ruled out a blood clot.
