Symptom narrative

Pt received flu and COVID vaccines and indicated no prior hx to reactions to vaccinations. Pt went to car after receiving vaccinations and called pharmacy reporting feeling shaky, warm, "quivery". Advised pt come back in for monitoring for 15 min, but pt reported having arrived at home. Called pt later in day, pt reported feeling better.
