Symptom narrative

I brought my son in for the COVID-19 vaccine on 12-14-25 to pharmacy. I informed the pharmacy tec that I wanted 2 COVID vaccines for my kids & Pfizer was our preferred brand. After the pharmacist administered the vaccines to my children we discovered that she had administered flu vaccines to both of my kids, both of whom had already gotten the flu vaccine at THE SAME PHARMACY on 9-24-25. My son began having a headache 12-16 and still has a headache 12-17. He has never had a headache and rarely gets sick. I have contacted his healthcare provider to see if we need to bring him in. Regardless, this error should never have happened. At no point before/during the vaccines were we asked to verify patient name, dob, nor vaccine. A lot of checks and balances were missed at this Pharmacy.
