No adverse event; TE where patient received product after it was improperly stored.; This spontaneous report was received from Medical Assistant and refers to a 4-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 04-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly sotred dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) lot #Z008197, expiration date: 30-Apr-2027, 0.5 mL (strength, dose number and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. No adverse events reported.
