No Additional AE; TE where patient received product after it was improperly stored.; This spontaneous report was received from Other Health Professional and refers to a patient of 4-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent condition, concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the vaccine Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) 0.5ml, lot #Z008197, expiration date: 30-Apr-2027 was improperly stored -10.5C for 1 hour 0 minutes 0 seconds. There was no Previous temperature excursion. On 24-NOV-2025, this vaccine was vaccinated to the patient for prophylaxis (strength, and route of administration were not provided) (Product storage error). No side effects or symptoms reported.
