Symptom narrative

Patient received Fluvial 25-26 flu vaccine via the RVL route 11.13.25. Patient was diagnosed with cellulitis at the injection site during urgent care visit 11.29.25 and started on antibiotics. Patient was subsequently diagnosed with abscess at injection site 12.04.25 and started on a second antibiotic. Patient is now s/p antibiotics with significant improvement.
