Per records, patient received 2 doses of seasonal influenza vaccine in 2024-2025 on 1/8/2025 and 2/5/2025. Received dose of 2025-2026 seasonal influenza vaccine on 10/8/2025. Patient presented to clinic on 12/18/2025 and received an additional dose of 2025-2026 seasonal influenza vaccine. The 12/18/2025 dose was not warranted as she was up to date with current vaccine and recommendations.
