Patient was give Tdap instead of Dtap during a routine vaccination visit. GlaxoKlineSmith was contacted and their representaive reported that th epatient shoul dbe at no greater risk of adverse event, and they should have enogh of an immune response to not require revaccination. Attempts have been made to contact the parent of the patient, and no adverse responses or events have been reported.
