Symptom narrative

Experienced continuous heavy vaginal bleeding every day for over two months, outside of the normal cycles. Also, experienced dizziness, severe fatigue, lack of concentration, irritability, and headaches. Experienced fever and flu like symptoms the initial first 2 days after receiving the injection.
