Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix and the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, 2 months after receiving Shingrix and an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: had the Shingrix shots and got shingles about two months after the second shot.). The patient had the Shingrix shots and got shingles about two months after the second shot. Th patient was coming out of a very stressful time and without the shots, it would have been much worse. The patient also went to the doctor as soon as the rash appeared. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
