Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate dose of vaccine administered in a patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered). The outcome of the inappropriate dose of vaccine administered was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-DEC-2025 The reporter stated that they already knew about the letter that mentions the issue of the air bubble in Bexsero but since they had wasted up to 3 syringes for the correct administration of the shot, the health care provider was not comfortable and requested a refund for these vaccines. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
