Less than the recommended interval for IPV dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 3-month-old female patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) (batch number 9359N) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Dtap (received 1st dose on an unknown date) and Rotarix (received 1st dose on an unknown date). Concomitant products included Polio vaccine inact (Ipv). On 09-DEC-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Pediarix. On 09-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Less than the recommended interval for IPV dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-DEC-2025 The health care professional reported that the patient received Pediarix vaccine and the issue was the Polio in the Pediarix, because patient just had a IPV. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
