an expired dose (01Dec2025) of Infanrix was administered to a patient on 09Dec2025; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 2-year-old male patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number TX77L, expiry date 01-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 09-DEC-2025, the patient received Infanrix .5 ml. On 09-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: an expired dose (01Dec2025) of Infanrix was administered to a patient on 09Dec2025). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
