A female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 05Dec2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 06Dec2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "extreme tiredness;cannot keep eyes open"; PAIN (non-serious) with onset Dec2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "body aches". Additional information: This report is regarding callers daughter. Caller and callers daughter had the Pfizer COVID vaccine on Friday and always the next day on Saturday they are always tired and go back to bed for a couple of hours Saturday morning, then they are usually just fine. Callers daughter is experiencing extreme tiredness, callers daughter cannot keep eyes open. Yesterday had to pick callers daughter up from work after a couple of hours because callers daughter could not drive, eyes would not stay open. Caller wants to know how long this is going to last, Could it be permanent, This is four days after the shot and callers daughter was still experiencing extreme tiredness, cannot work. Callers daughters eyes just wont stay open. You know how people look when they have the flu, eyes are just closed, cannot keep them open, they burn, so forth. Those are callers daughters symptoms, and body aches. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
