Presyncope/Vagal reaction light headed, anxiety, chest discomfort , initial hard injection site( muscles very tense)weakness

evaluated by EMT that arrived with ambulance. The emt evaluated the patient told her that she most likely had a vagal reaction. Within 15 to 20 minutes as symptoms resolved. the patient did not want future treatment. Stood up and walked out of the store with her husband and a hand on the shopping cart
