Symptom narrative

Employee reported to work on 12-17-25 and informed the manager and nurse. She Denied headaches SOB itching. Employee reported soreness, small lump, redness developed overnight. She used ice. The redness was about 2 inches around, lump had resolved but area was still tender and sore. Employee was instructed to ice area intermittingly, use OTC pain relievers, like Tylenol and/or ibuprofen as directed. To report to ER if redness gets larger, SOB, itching or facial, throat swelling appears.
