Symptom narrative

patient reports bleeding after patient got home 30 minutes later when she took off the bandage on left arm there was not blood inside the bandage it started bleeding when she took off the bandage and it looked like there was a slit in the skin. She held gauze on it for another 15 minutes until it stopped bleeding. Then aching, sore, hurting in arm started after she got shot and hasnt gone away, same level of pain and intensity. doesnt feel pain when its still, but feels pain when she starts moving it. Pain has persisited in arm now for almost 2 months since date of injection on 10/23/25 and today is 12/18/25. There was a small bump in the muscle at the beginning but it went away and not there anymore. the continuing issue is the ongoing pain.
