Symptom narrative

Injection site reaction (redness, swelling, induration, itchiness), dizziness, headache, muscle aches, fatigue. Applied warm compresses to injection site 3-4 times a day. Acetaminophen 650 mg as needed for injection site pain. Meclizine 25 mg as needed for dizziness.
