took my First shot of Shingles shot, sixteen months back, I forget about it.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received sixteen months back). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: took my First shot of Shingles shot, sixteen months back, I forget about it.). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 15-DEC-2025 The patient forgets about 2nd shot. The reporter asked if he could receive second Shot now.
