The patient's concomitant medication, pertinent medical history and drug reactions/ allergies were not reported. On 05-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Pneumococcal Vaccine, Polyvalent (23-valent) (PNEUMOVAX 23) injection (dose considered as 1 dosage form, total; lot# X023561, expiration date was not reported, but upon internal validation established as 17-Nov-2025; strength and route were not reported) for prophylaxis (Expired product administered).
