Symptom narrative

Patient states day of 12/15 and after injection area was red, hot, swollen / hard. Patient states she rubbed the area several times to relieve the pain. Patient presents today 12/19 with blood pooling / bruising on arm at lower part of upper arm and elbow approximately 3 inches away from the shot area. No red/swelling/etc at injection site at this time
