Symptom narrative

Red, itchy, warm rash on left arm around site of shot. Lasted about 4 days. Possibly also increased inflammation, painful swelling of feet. Lasted about 5 days

Knees injury possibly related to Cipro taken for diverticulitis in September

IBS, diverticulosis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, prediabetes

Other medications

Celebrex, tylenol, gabapentin, multivitamin, calcium, magnesium, vitamin D
