Symptom narrative

Patient reported immediate pain that "didn't feel normal" for prior vaccines. Patient further asserted being evaluated by "doctor on demand" and prescribed doxycycline for "cellulitis". Patient reported arm pain to be present for "few days" following vaccine administration which "turned out to be cellulitis.
