Patient received flu, Tdap in left arm and then menquadfi shot in right arm, soon after vaccine 2-3 sec patient had stiffening on b/l upper extremities lasted about 20-30 sec. patient did not lose consciousness, no tongue biting, urinary incontinence. vital pulse ox- 99, pulse- 102, BP-123/80. patient alert, responding to questions appropriately, normal neurologic exam. no post ictal state. denies similar prior episodes in the past. denies personal or FH of seizures reports was anxious during shots, denies dizziness, nausea Patient was observed in office
