Symptom narrative

Immediate onset fine red papular rash on chest and increased redness at site of pneumococcal shot. No breathing issues. Comfortable - no itchiness. Observed for 30 minutes after immunization - red rash on chest began to fade/ still localized redness around injection site on left thigh. No development of any urticaria.
