patient got only the MenB portion of PENMENVY.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate dose of vaccine administered in a patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. On 16-DEC-2025, the patient received Penmenvy. On 16-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: patient got only the MenB portion of PENMENVY.). The outcome of the inappropriate dose of vaccine administered was not applicable.
