Per CDC recommendations , Rotarix is not needed to be repeated due to over age and considered completed. Prevnar 20 series has been completed for the 4 dose series and does not need to be repeated although patient missed 6 month dose increment and was completed after 6 month and completed after 1 year of age. Patient will need to repeat Hep A series per CDC guidelines, patient second dose was given too soon (if 5 or more days too early must be repeated or 4 days or less don't need to repeat) Patient got initial Hep A on 10/14/2025 and second dose 11/25/2025 and got administered too soon and will need to repeat this series for Hep A.
