Administration in a 4-month-old patient (Underage - Wrong vaccine schedule); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number E2JX7, expiry date 08-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. On 16-DEC-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 16-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Administration in a 4-month-old patient (Underage - Wrong vaccine schedule)). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
