Patient came for her 2nd dose of HPV vaccine. Patient previously reacted to the HPV vaccine, so we informed mother that it was possible same thing to happened again. Mother informed me she has a full stomach this time. After the VIS given and the consent signed I administered her vaccine. I observed her for 15 minutes to make sure there were not an adverse reaction. After 6 minutes patient told me she was feeling dizzied and the light was too bright. She was having blurry vision and started to look pale. She look tired and stop talking. Code Blue was called, and Dr and the RN came to assist. Blood Pressure was check and it was 67/39 Pulse 56. Mother gave her Gatorade and we gave her a Pedialyte popsicle. After observing her for 20 more minutes we rechecked Blood Pressure and it came up to 90/66 P 67. Pt was feeling back to normal and after that Dr okay to let her go.
