First Dose Of A Hepatitis Vaccine Series Was Engerix, Then She Got Heplisav-B As Her Second Dose In The Series; Initial report received on 03-Dec-2025. A pharmacist reported that a 24-year-old female received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization as her second dose, after receiving ENGERIX-B as her first dose. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [ENGERIX-B (lot number not available)]. On approximately 03-Jul-2025, six months after receiving ENGERIX-B, the patient received dose 2 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not available)] after receiving ENGERIX-B as her first dose in the series.
