Symptom narrative

Severe diarrhea lasting four days, then intermittent diarrhea for three weeks. Nausea persistent with vertigo for three weeks, fever for two days followed by low grade for a day followed by low fever (~95.5°F -~97°F) for four days. Doctor visit on Dec. 3 with blood test showing elevated levels of alkaline phosphatase isoenzyme, all phos (165), liver fraction (96), bone fraction (66); potassium (5.4), alkaline phosphatase (145),, WBC 11.7, platelet, 454,, lymphocytes (4.1), monocytes (1.2), and all other blood test results normal.
