Symptom narrative

Fever with in 24 hours after vaccination, ear infection with in 2 weeks of vaccination. With in days after vaccination patient stopped reacting to sounds, patient acted as if she was deaf, patient would just stare instead of looking at you and stopped following fingers, people, or objects, patient would scream out of no where that would last up to an hour or more, patient would no longer allow anyone but mother to hold her and would scream if anyone else would hold her.

Current illness

Fever, ear infection, RSV

Medical history

Autism, developmental delays, scarring in ears from recurring ear infections with ear drum rupturing, recurring pneumonia

Other medications

Tylenol right after vaccination
