Symptom narrative

Patient came in for flu vaccine with her father. After administration, she was sitting in a shopping cart being pushed by father and passed out according to patients father. Father walked back to pharmacy with her sitting in the shopping cart, at this point patient had already regained consciousness. Her father pulled her out of the shopping cart to sit in a chair where she sat for observation. She was breathing rapidly and was scared. She was given water and after a couple of minutes she was breathing normally and did not have any dermatologic reactions.
