pt describes pain in the injection site even after months after administration which started 2 days after. describes the pain as "feeling like muscle strain". denies any tenderness or redness. says he is having trouble lifting things and putting his arm up and says his right arm gets tired easily. pt has not reached out to md yet. says he taken motrin a couple times only prn.
