Symptom narrative

Patient came in to report that she had both a flu shot and a shingles shot (separate arms) a few days ago, on 12/16. Stated that the shoulder and neck area on the side where she had her Shingles shot ached, and "felt like she slept wrong on it" since she can't turn her neck very well. She stated that her symptoms are starting to slowly improve as of yesterday 12/21.
