pt received both capvaxive and flublok 12/20/25 (one in each arm). pt husband called pharmacy to report his wife having low grade fever of 100, nausea (no vomiting), headache, sore arms (not swollen, not hot to touch), redness. Made over the counter recommendations to treat symptoms of fever, nausea & headache/soreness and to increase hydration.
