The dose expired on 12/04/2025 and was administered on 12/08/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies, and concomitant medications were not reported. On 08-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), Powder and solvent for solution for injection (valid lot # X027902, expiration date reported and confirmed as 04-Dec-2025) at a dose of 0.5 mL, total as prophylaxis (route of administration and anatomical location not provided) (expired vaccine used). The suspect vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT) solution for injection (valid lot #Y014741, expiration date reported and confirmed as 13-Feb-2027) at a dose of 0.7 mL, total as prophylaxis.
