No additional AE; expired ROTATEQ was administered to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 08-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), lot #2037482, expiration date: 06-Dec-2025, administered for prophylaxis (dose, strength, route were not reported). Product expired on 06-Dec-2025 and was administered on 08-Dec-2025 (Expired product administered). Product had not experienced any temperature excursions through date of administration.
