Symptom narrative

Engerix-B late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 45-year-old male patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number A5DD7) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Engerix B (received 1st dose on 02-JUL-2025). On 10-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Engerix B. On 10-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Engerix-B late second dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 16-DEC-2025 The patient received late 2nd dose.
