Menveo 1-vial administered before approved age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AH7Z3, expiry date 30-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-DEC-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 17-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo 1-vial administered before approved age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-DEC-2025 The vaccine coordinator called to report that a dose of the 1 vial Menveo vaccine had been inadvertently administered to a 2 year old patient who was supposed to receive the 2 vial presentation of Menveo. The caller noted that the patient was being vaccinated because she was going to have a splenectomy.
