Symptom narrative

Expired dose of Arexvy administered to patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 74-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number M52BD, expiry date 25-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 18-DEC-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 18-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose of Arexvy administered to patient). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-DEC-2025 On 18-DEC-2025, a Primary Care office manager reported that an expired dose of Arexvy (expired 25-NOV-2025) had been administered to a patient on 18-DEC-2025. The office manager questioned why the expiration dates had been different on the lyophilized vial, the liquid vial, and the outer carton. The office had ordered and recently received the box of Arexvy vaccine, which had been shipped directly from GlaxoSmithKline, and questioned why the vaccines were already expired.
