Improperly stored vaccine; Physician confirmed that there were no symptomatic events.; This Spontaneous report was received from Physician and referred to a/an patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, patient started therapy with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (VARIVAX) (Batch/Lot Number: Y019319) (Expiration date: 21-Nov-2026). On an unknown date, the patient started therapy with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis.
