Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Additional Details: Pt recieved vaccine on 10/04/2025. experienced extreme pain at time of shot. Has been experiencing pain since then limited range of motion confirmed by md. Has recieved a NSAID and steroid to try and help with the pain recently
