Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Pt came with swelling and mild redness around the area of the capvaxive injection. recommended for pt to start benadryl and watch for the next 3 days if not improvement go to the er. pt has no breathing issue and the swelling is localized at the injection site
