Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Called pt to offer the second Shingrix vaccine, however she is hesitant to received a second one because she has ongoing pain in her arm since the first Shingles vaccine in Aug 2025. It also hurts when she lifts something. I advised that she see her doctor to examine pain in the arm and also to ask if a second Shingles vaccine is advised or not.
