Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Mild, Systemic: patient contracted shingles-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: on 110625 left side had flu like symptoms and knife pain symptoms for about 20 minutes and it disappeared. on 11/09 left side got rash and was diagnosed with shingles
