Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: patient had warned before hand that she will faint briefly, as she does that with every shot she gets. She had brought a friend for support and the friend had talked to her mom beforehand. After the shot, patient seemed conscious of what was going on because she signalled her friend to go over to her right side where she gently fell, seemed to lose consciousness/was unresponsive for a few seconds. shook a bit then opened her eyes.Drank water and stayed put for a few minutes.Wdnt lay down
