Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Medium, Additional Details: patient states that they had swelling and pain after getting the vaccines on 02/21/23. the swelling did not go away after icy. she went to her pcp they give medication for infection.
